We spend our time on roasting amazing coffee.
However we are happy to offer important marketing and business advice based on our many decades of experience in the coffee and hospitality industry and assist you in purchasing the right equipment for you needs via Silver Chef and our trusted equipment partners.
We roast our coffee using the 200 gram sample roaster up to the 25 kilos 1960’s Probat.
With this array of coffee roasters we can produce the qualities and volumes necessary to fulfill all your requirements.
Andrew Gross has been roasting coffee for well over 35 years and has been at the forefront of the coffee evolution in Sydney.
